Frequently Asked Questions
How many photographs will be taken?
This will vary depending upon how much photography coverage you choose.  For a standard photography package, I usually take between 600 and 1200 pictures.  The reason for taking so many pictures is that when you are photographing alot of people you want to catch them all looking good!  By taking so many pictures it is possible to select some fantastic pictures.

Do I get to keep the original digital files?
Yes - this is something that makes Wedding Eye different from most photographers - you will own the original pictures.  You will be given a DVD with all of the original files so that you can take them to your local printers if you wish (of course we can take care of the printing if you would prefer.)

When can I view the photographs?
A 'proofs' web gallery will be created usually with a few hours of your wedding so you can see all of the images on-line whilst you are relaxing on honeymoon.

When you return, we can arrange a meeting at my studio for you to view your images.  You can view them on the projector screen or on the monitor.  If you decide you would like a wedding album, then we can select the images at this time.

Can the original images be improved?
All images that come out of the camera are considered 'proofs'.  Sparkling and shining photographs can be created from them using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom (i have used Photoshop since version 1 which came out in 1990!). I am often amazed even now just how images can really come to life in this way

Do you ever photograph more than one wedding on a day?
No - one wedding a day is enough thank you!

Do you keep back-ups of the images?
All images are stored digitally on a secure server, an additional off-site back-up ensures that all images are safe should you damage your master DVD.
